Massage/Bodywork is a Healing Art.

Beneficial to all of the systems of the body, massage has been proven to rejuvenate and bring balance to areas of restriction and injury. As well as integrating mental and emotional imbalances.

Cory offers a variety of modalities which include the continuous three-dimensional flow of Esalen massage, the precise attunement of Clinical and Deep Tissue work, and the ancient Asian techniques of Cupping/Gua Sha.

Dr. Cory knows the importance of having an embodied experience and the ability for the physical body to have freedom in movement. He is passionate about helping people create and sustain their ease and freedom in their body. As a young athlete and dancer, he received his bachelor’s degree in dance, with honors from Barat College.

His interests in movement led him to yoga which sparked his interest into the healing arts. He has a deep regard for the tradition of yoga by completing numerous teacher training certificates and his many years of teaching. His interests also led him to the Esalen Institute in 2007, where he lived and studied until 2011. There Cory studied many forms and techniques, one of them being massage. Cory was a member of the Esalen Massage Crew from 2009 - 2011. He also taught weekly and monthly yoga programs while at Esalen. Cory has continued to offer bodywork since 2009. He enjoys working with prenatal, infants, toddlers, children and adults.

To continue his passion of learning and gain new insights into healing, Cory graduated Life Chiropractic College West, with clinical honors in 2022.

In his spare time, Cory enjoys meditation, yoga, reading, hiking and especially dancing.
